Road Fighter (1984) sets up one long, continuous race against the clock, dodging rival cars, oil slicks, and floating icebergs, while grabbing fuel tanks along the way without breaking your rhythm. It's one of the most beloved Konami racing classics of its generation, with a tense, no-frills design that's still a blast today thanks to its relentless pace.
