Quantum of Solace was the first interactive adventure starring Daniel Craig as James Bond, released alongside the film of the same name. The PlayStation 2 version was developed separately from the next-generation console edition, with a more linear, arcade-style approach aimed at bringing spy action to the console's installed base.
Today it works as a curiosity for collectors of PS2's late-life catalog: not the definitive Bond shooter, but a glimpse of how film licenses were stretched to cover every possible platform during the generational transition.
