All Star Pro-Wrestling II deepened the technical combat system that characterized the series developed by Spike, with fictionally named wrestlers but moves inspired by real Japanese wrestling stars. Unlike the more arcade-style wrestling games of the time, it bet on a slower pace and a stamina-and-counter system that rewarded reading your opponent.
It became a cult title among puroresu fans looking for something more sim-like than the official WWE licenses, even though its circulation was exclusively Japanese.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
