Angel's Feather is one of those Japan-exclusive productions that barely left a documentary trace outside its local circuit. Based on its title and release year, it's associated with the visual novel or dating-sim territory that filled much of PS2's Japanese catalog, a huge, rarely translated segment that seldom crossed borders.
With no further reliable data available, it's best treated as what it is: a minor piece of an immense Japanese catalog, the kind that today survives almost exclusively in compilation lists and private collections.
