Arcobaleno! -Italian for 'rainbow'- is another of those Japan-exclusive releases with no significant trace in international coverage of the time, which limits any certain claim about its development team or plot details beyond its apparently romantic setting. Given the lack of reliable sources, it's better to acknowledge that gap than to fill it with invention: it's catalogued as one more rarity in PS2's immense Japanese archive, of interest almost exclusively to collectors and curious explorers of the untranslated catalog.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
