Based on Busou Renkin, the supernatural action series by Nobuhiro Watsuki -the creator of Rurouni Kenshin-, it wraps its characters in a theme-park format with minigames, quite far from the original manga's action tone.
It remained exclusive to Japan and is a minor piece within PS2's anime license catalog, of interest almost exclusively to followers of Watsuki's work.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
