It's a modest party title, with light minigames wrapped in a cartoon aesthetic, of the kind that abounded in PS2's European catalog to round out the console's family offering.
It didn't leave much of a mark beyond its release; today it's a minor, poorly documented piece of the console's party catalog.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
