Choro Q brings to PS2 the formula of Takara's series that combines arcade racing with a world to explore between races, where players get parts, customize their vehicles, and advance a light plot with an adventure structure. The cars, with their characteristic chibi design, have been the franchise's trademark since the 80s.
It's an uncommon hybrid proposal within the racing genre, appreciated by those seeking more than pure circuits: the exploration and collecting twist gives it an identity of its own compared to other kart racers of the era.
