The third installment of the Choro Q HG sub-series continues the franchise's classic formula: tiny, customizable cars competing in arcade races and, between them, exploring an open world with side missions, in the lighthearted tone that has characterized the saga since the 90s.
It remained confined to the Japanese market, like much of this branch of the series; it's a niche piece for followers of Takara's toy car races.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
