CID the Dummy follows a crash-test dummy that comes to life and must make its way through platforming levels combining jumps, ragdoll physics, and some environmental puzzles, developed by the Twelve Games studio. The premise -a lab dummy as hero- is one of the most original things left by the final wave of European platformers on PS2.
Critical reception was weak at the time, with complaints about the controls and level design, but the core idea remains unusual enough to catch the attention of anyone reviewing the console's final catalog.
