It offers circuits designed to generate maximum destruction rather than to finish first, with exaggerated collision physics and an arcade tone close to other demolition titles of the generation. It was part of the low-budget driving catalog that accompanied PS2 in its final years of commercial life.
It doesn't try to be a serious simulation: it bets everything on the spectacle of the crash as entertainment in itself.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
