Cyclone Circus offered racing with a circus twist: unconventional vehicles, tracks with spectacle elements, and a lighthearted tone far from realism. It was a low-profile European release, made for the family segment of PS2's racing catalog.
Its eccentric proposal set it apart from the console's more serious racing games, though without enough impact to transcend its status as a niche title.
