DekaVoice is a Japanese PS2 production with exclusively local circulation, about which little detailed information exists in sources outside Japan, limiting how precisely we can state its gameplay offering.
Like so many niche titles in the console's Japanese catalog, its value today is mainly that of a collector's piece within the huge variety of releases that never crossed borders.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
