ATV: Quad Power Racing 2 arrived in 2003, developed by Climax Brighton and published by Acclaim Entertainment, as a sequel to the original Quad Power Racing. It offered off-road quad bike racing on tracks with mud, jumps and shortcuts, with a roster of riders and vehicles bearing real brands from the ATV world. The entry sought to polish the technical problems that had marked the first game, with improvements to the controls and physics engine, though without managing to stand out against more established off-road series like MX Unleashed. It also came out on PlayStation 2 and GameCube that same year.
