Combat School (Boot Camp in some regions) is a 1987 Konami arcade game that puts the player in the boots of a recruit who must pass a series of physical tests -obstacle course, target shooting, arm wrestling, jump rope- mostly controlled with a trackball, in the same tradition of frantic events Konami had explored with Track & Field. It's a charming representative of that 'event game' subgenre so popular in 80s arcades, meant for short, competitive matches among friends rather than a deep narrative or progression.
