Eggomania has the player moving a basket side to side to catch the constant hail of eggs from Mother Goose, with difficulty rising as the speed increases, in line with the "catching" games that abounded in the 2600's early catalog. It's a typical example of the second wave of developers that emerged after Activision's success, with a simple but effective idea that still generates that arcade "just one more egg" tension.
