RealSports Curling is a homebrew development by programmer Ryan Witmer (AverageSoftware), published through AtariAge and first shown in playable form at the 2017 Portland Retro Gaming Expo: it picks up the name of the RealSports sports line Atari had used in the eighties and applies it to a curling simulation supporting up to eight players, in which you must precisely calculate throw force and coordinate sweeping to adjust the stone's trajectory. It's another example of the constant back-and-forth between past and present that characterizes the 5200's homebrew scene: it takes a brand and a visual identity from Atari's golden era and applies them to a sport the original console never covered.
