Babysitting Mania applies the time-management game formula — so popular on casual PC and later ported to DS — to childcare: you must attend to several requests at once, change diapers, feed, and calm tantrums against an unforgiving clock. Difficulty scales up by adding more kids and more simultaneous tasks.
It's a typical example of the management-based casual gaming that flourished on the console thanks to the stylus, comfortable for tapping, dragging, and dropping icons quickly. It doesn't invent anything the genre hadn't already figured out, but it delivers well on what it promises.
