Chocolatier puts the player at the head of a chocolate business: traveling between markets, buying ingredients at the best price, crafting increasingly elaborate recipes, and selling them at a profit, in the tradition of the trading and management games that succeeded on PC in the mid-2000s. The DS version keeps that core of buying, selling, and logistics, appealing to those who enjoy numbers and planning over direct action; it's a slow-paced game meant for long, methodical sessions.
