Atari Anthology gathers a huge catalog of historic Atari games -from 2600 console classics like Adventure or Missile Command to arcades like Centipede or Tempest- with faithful emulation options and some presentation extras, like period art. It's one of the most ambitious retro compilations by volume that PS2 received.
For anyone wanting a glimpse of video game prehistory without leaving the living room, it remains a valuable archive: the selection covers much of what made Atari a foundational name in the medium.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
