It converts the Happy Sky arcade edition to home format, with its list of original electronic tracks by Konami's composers and the series' characteristic control scheme -seven keys plus a scratch, designed to simulate a DJ table- a precision challenge that made it a genre reference in Japan. Like almost the entire saga, it stayed out of the Western market.
It's a key piece for understanding the ecosystem of Japanese rhythm games of the 2000s, a genre the West would only get to know better thanks to Guitar Hero and Rock Band years later.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
