Crazy Bump's - Kattobi Car Battle! offers combat between remote-controlled or toy cars that bash into each other in closed arenas, a lightweight format that prioritizes physical chaos and couch multiplayer over any pretense of simulation.
It's a Japan-exclusive entry made for short, lighthearted matches, along the lines of the arcade crash games that sought a casual audience within PS2's Japanese catalog.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
