Dark Chronicle is the title under which Dark Cloud 2 became known in Europe, Level-5's sequel that perfected everything laid out in the original: procedurally generated dungeons, a town-building system where the player literally rebuilds the world map, and an extremely deep weapon and item fusion mechanic for its time.
It is, without exaggeration, one of the most celebrated technical and design gems in PS2's catalog, with an art direction that aged much better than other JRPGs of the generation and a progression system still cited today as a reference for the ARPG genre.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
