Smilebit developed Jet Set Radio Future, and Sega published it in 2002 as an Xbox exclusive. It's a reinvention of Jet Set Radio rather than a direct sequel: it brings back the Rudie skater gangs squaring off against corporate control of a futuristic Tokyo, with a bigger, more interconnected map than the Dreamcast original.
The game deepened the cel-shaded style that had made the series famous and added new movement effects, plus a soundtrack as celebrated as the gameplay itself. It earned its place as one of the original Xbox's great exclusives and as an aesthetic benchmark for the urban-skating genre in video games.
This system doesn't run in the browser yet (Dreamcast, GameCube, PS2 and Xbox are on the way as web emulation matures). The dossier, media and community are already all yours.
