Dark Tower was developed by Kyle Hodgetts for The Game Room, with exclusive distribution in Australia: a warrior armed with a club must fight his way through monsters to the top of a tower to rescue a captive lady, following the classic structure of the late-80s action platformer. A good part of its graphics —the skeletons and demons, the mummies— are taken directly from Capcom's Ghosts'n Goblins and Black Tiger, and its music and sound effects come from Double Dragon.
More than an original work, it's a curious example of recycling other companies' assets in a peripheral arcade market like Australia's in the early nineties, where the scale of production didn't allow competing with the big Japanese developers on equal terms.
