Conspiracy: Weapons of Mass Destruction, developed by Kuju Entertainment and published by Oxygen Interactive, offers a shooting campaign with an espionage-thriller tone, along the lines of so many mid-2000s shooters that sought to capitalize on the post-9/11 geopolitical climate with plots about banned weapons and covert agencies.
It remained a mid-tier shooter, decent but without an identity of its own against the avalanche of similar offerings the generation churned out; today it's mainly of interest as a sample of that very particular moment for the genre.
