Millipede (1982) keeps the scheme of shooting at a centipede descending through a field of mushrooms, adding spiders, bees, and other bugs that force a different strategy from the original. It's a respectful, well-calibrated sequel, appreciated by fans of the original even though it never reached the same fame; it remains a solid, addictive reflex shooter.
