Published by Parker Brothers in 1982, it has the player control a rebel Snowspeeder to face the Empire's AT-ATs in the Battle of Hoth, tying cables around the giant machines' legs in a free recreation of one of the film's most memorable scenes. It's one of the original trilogy adaptations that best managed to capture, within the hardware's limitations, an iconic moment from the movie.
It's fondly remembered within the 2600's movie-license catalog, at a time when Star Wars was still a relatively recent novelty for audiences.
